Rates & Policies
Here are rates, payment and cancellation information, and general policies for the Inn and Cottage. We will gladly answer any questions you may have.
For the Inn: 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends. Occasionally, rooms may be available for 1 night due to scheduling.
Payments: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Payment is due, in full, upon arrival. Confirmations can be made by email at your request.
Cancellation: We hold a credit card number to reserve your room. If less than 14 days notice is given, guests will be responsible for the total cost of the stay, unless we are able to re-book the room. The cottage requires 30 days notice.
Check-In: between 3PM and 8PM. We ask that guests checking-in later than 8PM call ahead.
Check-out before 10:30AM
All rooms are double occupancy. The Inn is appropriate for children over the age of 12. Cottage has maximum of 4.
We are a NON SMOKING facility. There is a $200 housekeeping fee if smoking has occurred in the room or in the Inn or cottage. Please inquire about designated smoking area.
We do not have a liquor license and cannot serve liquor to, or for, guests. Guests are welcome to supply their own alcohol (BYOB). Please drink responsibly.
