Rates & Policies

Rates, payment and cancellation information, and general policies for the Inn and Cottage:

Reservations: 2 night minimum stay is required on weekends (in the Inn). Confirmations can be made by email at your request.

Payments: We accept cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. Payment is due, in full, upon arrival.

Cancellation: We hold a credit card number to reserve your room. If less than 14 days notice is given, guests will be responsible for the total cost of the stay, unless we are able to re-book the room. The cottage requires 30 days notice.

Check-In:  Between 3PM- 8PM. We ask that guests checking-in later than 8PM call ahead.
Check-out before 10:30AM.

Age Policy: The Inn is appropriate for children over the age of 14.

Room Occupancy: All Guest Rooms are double occupancy. The Cottage has maximum of 4.

We are a NON SMOKING facility. There is a $200 housekeeping fee if smoking has occurred in the Inn or Cottage. Please inquire about designated smoking area.

We do not have a liquor license and cannot serve liquor to, or for, guests. Guests are welcome to supply their own alcohol (BYOB). Please drink responsibly.
